a、行星齒輪箱(xiang)與工(gong)(gong)作機(ji)的聯接(jie):減(jian)(jian)速(su)機(ji)直(zhi)接(jie)套(tao)裝在工(gong)(gong)作機(ji)主軸上,當減(jian)(jian)速(su)機(ji)運轉(zhuan)時,作用在減(jian)(jian)速(su)機(ji)箱(xiang)體上的反力矩,又安裝在減(jian)(jian)速(su)機(ji)箱(xiang)體上的反力矩支架或由其他方法來平衡。機(ji)直(zhi)接(jie)相配,另一端與固(gu)定支架聯接(jie);
b、反(fan)力矩(ju)支(zhi)架(jia)的(de)(de)安裝(zhuang):反(fan)力矩(ju)支(zhi)架(jia)應安裝(zhuang)在減(jian)速機朝(chao)向的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作機的(de)(de)那一側,以(yi)減(jian)小附(fu)加在工(gong)(gong)作機軸(zhou)上的(de)(de)彎矩(ju)。 反(fan)力矩(ju)支(zhi)架(jia)與固定支(zhi)承聯接端的(de)(de)軸(zhou)套(tao)使用橡膠(jiao)等(deng)彈性體,以(yi)防(fang)止發(fa)生撓曲(qu)并吸(xi)收所(suo)產(chan)生的(de)(de)轉矩(ju)波(bo)動;
c、行星齒輪箱與(yu)(yu)工(gong)作機(ji)(ji)的安裝(zhuang)關系:為了(le)工(gong)作機(ji)(ji)主軸撓曲及在減(jian)速(su)機(ji)(ji)軸承上產(chan)生(sheng)附加力,減(jian)速(su)機(ji)(ji)與(yu)(yu)工(gong)作機(ji)(ji)之間的距離,在不影響正常的工(gong)作的條件下(xia)應(ying)盡量小。
正確(que)的安(an)裝,使用和維護(hu)行(xing)星齒輪箱,是機械設備正常運行(xing)的重要環(huan)節。
A、安(an)裝(zhuang)行星齒輪箱時,應(ying)重視傳(chuan)動(dong)中心(xin)軸(zhou)(zhou)線對(dui)中,其誤(wu)差不(bu)得(de)大于所用(yong)(yong)(yong)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的使用(yong)(yong)(yong)補(bu)償量。對(dui)中良好(hao)能延長(chang)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)壽命,并獲得(de)理(li)想的傳(chuan)動(dong)效率; 在輸(shu)出軸(zhou)(zhou)上安(an)裝(zhuang)傳(chuan)動(dong)件(jian)時,不(bu)允許用(yong)(yong)(yong)錘(chui)子敲擊,通常利用(yong)(yong)(yong)裝(zhuang)配夾具和(he)軸(zhou)(zhou)端的內螺紋,用(yong)(yong)(yong)螺栓將傳(chuan)動(dong)件(jian)壓(ya)入,否則(ze)有可能造(zao)(zao)成(cheng)減(jian)速機內部零件(jian)的損壞。好(hao)不(bu)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)鋼性固定式聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi),因該類聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)安(an)裝(zhuang)不(bu)當,會引起不(bu)必要(yao)的外(wai)加載荷(he),以致(zhi)造(zao)(zao)成(cheng)軸(zhou)(zhou)承的早期損壞,嚴重時甚至造(zao)(zao)成(cheng)輸(shu)出軸(zhou)(zhou)的斷(duan)裂(lie);
B、行星齒輪(lun)箱(xiang)應(ying)牢固地安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)在穩定水平的(de)基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)或(huo)底(di)座(zuo)上,排(pai)(pai)油(you)槽的(de)油(you)應(ying)能排(pai)(pai)除,且冷卻空氣循環流暢。基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)不可(ke)靠,運轉時會引起(qi)振動及(ji)噪聲,并(bing)促使軸(zhou)承(cheng)及(ji)齒輪(lun)受損。當(dang)傳(chuan)(chuan)動聯接件(jian)有突出(chu)物(wu)或(huo)采用(yong)齒輪(lun)、鏈輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)動時,應(ying)考慮加裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)防(fang)護裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置,輸(shu)出(chu)軸(zhou)上承(cheng)受較大的(de)徑向(xiang)載荷(he)時,應(ying)選用(yong)加強型;
C、按(an)規定的(de)(de)(de)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)工(gong)作人員能方便(bian)地靠近油(you)(you)標(biao),通(tong)氣(qi)塞、排(pai)油(you)(you)塞。安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)就位(wei)(wei)后(hou),應(ying)按(an)次序全面檢(jian)查(cha)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)準(zhun)確(que)性,各緊固件壓緊的(de)(de)(de)可靠性,安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)后(hou)應(ying)能靈活轉(zhuan)動。減速(su)機采用油(you)(you)池飛濺潤滑,在運(yun)行(xing)前用戶需將通(tong)氣(qi)孔(kong)的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)塞取(qu)下,換上通(tong)氣(qi)塞。按(an)不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi),并打開油(you)(you)位(wei)(wei)塞螺(luo)釘檢(jian)查(cha)油(you)(you)位(wei)(wei)線(xian)的(de)(de)(de)度,從(cong)油(you)(you)位(wei)(wei)塞處加油(you)(you)至(zhi)潤滑油(you)(you)從(cong)油(you)(you)位(wei)(wei)塞螺(luo)孔(kong)溢(yi)出(chu)為止,擰(ning)上油(you)(you)位(wei)(wei)塞確(que)定無(wu)誤后(hou),方可進行(xing)空載試運(yun)轉(zhuan),時(shi)間不(bu)得少于兩小時(shi)。運(yun)轉(zhuan)應(ying)平穩,無(wu)沖(chong)擊、振動、雜音及滲漏(lou)油(you)(you)現(xian)象,發現(xian)異常應(ying)及時(shi)排(pai)除。
