蝸輪減速機和行星減速機區別
蝸輪減速機和行星減速機都是兩種常用的減速設備,具備降低輸出轉速、提升扭矩(載荷能力)功能的齒輪箱。蝸輪減速機和行星減速機的齒輪箱結構、傳動參數、規格不一樣,在應用領域也不一樣。下面分別介紹兩種減速機。
一、蝸輪減速機
蝸輪(lun)減(jian)(jian)速(su)機(ji)(ji)也可稱之為(wei)蝸輪(lun)減(jian)(jian)速(su)器(qi)(qi),使用(yong)時更換新的(de)(de)備件必須經跑合和負(fu)載(zai)試(shi)驗(yan)后(hou)再正(zheng)式(shi)使用(yong)。蝸輪(lun)減(jian)(jian)速(su)機(ji)(ji)是一(yi)種動力(li)傳(chuan)遞元(yuan)件,可與普通電機(ji)(ji)、無級(ji)變速(su)器(qi)(qi)等傳(chuan)動產品配套(tao)使用(yong)。蝸輪(lun)減(jian)(jian)速(su)器(qi)(qi)機(ji)(ji)架(jia)的(de)(de)選(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)。原則上是根據減(jian)(jian)速(su)器(qi)(qi)輸出軸(zhou)(zhou)徑(jing)的(de)(de)大小(xiao)(xiao)來確定(ding)機(ji)(ji)架(jia)型號,只要(yao)接(jie)口形式(shi)及尺(chi)寸(cun)相(xiang)符,減(jian)(jian)速(su)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)輸出軸(zhou)(zhou)大小(xiao)(xiao)在一(yi)定(ding)范圍內可以(yi)對(dui)機(ji)(ji)架(jia)型號作上下浮支。若選(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)帶接(jie)板機(ji)(ji)架(jia),蝸輪(lun)減(jian)(jian)速(su)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)安裝尺(chi)寸(cun)與機(ji)(ji)架(jia)不(bu)符時,在一(yi)定(ding)范圍內可以(yi)調速(su)接(jie)板與減(jian)(jian)速(su)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)聯(lian)接(jie),滿足用(yong)戶要(yao)求。無支點機(ji)(ji)加強。機(ji)(ji)加強本身無軸(zhou)(zhou)的(de)(de)支承(cheng)點。攪拌(ban)軸(zhou)(zhou)是以(yi)蝸輪(lun)減(jian)(jian)速(su)器(qi)(qi)輸出軸(zhou)(zhou)的(de)(de)兩個支承(cheng)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)為(wei)受(shou)(shou)力(li)支點,可用(yong)于傳(chuan)遞小(xiao)(xiao)功率,不(bu)受(shou)(shou)或只受(shou)(shou)較小(xiao)(xiao)軸(zhou)(zhou)向負(fu)荷、攪拌(ban)不(bu)太強烈的(de)(de)攪拌(ban)裝置。
蝸(gua)輪(lun)(lun)減(jian)速(su)(su)器通常(chang)用于高轉(zhuan)矩(ju)低(di)轉(zhuan)速(su)(su)的傳動機構,將電(dian)動機以及其它較高轉(zhuan)速(su)(su)的動力通過(guo)蝸(gua)輪(lun)(lun)減(jian)速(su)(su)器后,使轉(zhuan)速(su)(su)降(jiang)下來(lai),并提高輸出轉(zhuan)矩(ju)。把(ba)蝸(gua)輪(lun)(lun)減(jian)速(su)(su)器安裝于電(dian)動機與工(gong)作(zuo)機組之間,由電(dian)動機輸送動力,蝸(gua)輪(lun)(lun)減(jian)速(su)(su)器降(jiang)速(su)(su),從而把(ba)轉(zhuan)速(su)(su)以及轉(zhuan)矩(ju)由輸出軸傳遞至(zhi)工(gong)作(zuo)機組。
蝸輪減(jian)速(su)(su)(su)器(qi)傳動(dong)級數分為雙(shuang)級與(yu)單級,可(ke)根據(ju)機械設備的實際需求(qiu)來選傳動(dong)級數,而(er)蝸輪減(jian)速(su)(su)(su)器(qi)通常(chang)與(yu)馬達、變速(su)(su)(su)機配(pei)套使用。而(er)單進雙(shuang)軸(zhou)的蝸輪減(jian)速(su)(su)(su)器(qi),也(ye)可(ke)在(zai)其輸入兩端裝(zhuang)置(zhi)電(dian)磁(ci)離(li)(li)合器(qi)與(yu)電(dian)磁(ci)剎車(che)(che)器(qi),形(xing)成一(yi)款減(jian)速(su)(su)(su)、剎車(che)(che)、離(li)(li)合等功能兼備的優越減(jian)速(su)(su)(su)機離(li)(li)合剎車(che)(che)組合。
二、行星減速機
