項目背景:智能升(sheng)(sheng)降桌(zhuo)的出現很好地實現了(le)多(duo)功能的需求,站(zhan)坐轉換,只(zhi)需按下按鈕即可。目前(qian)市面上智能電(dian)動升(sheng)(sheng)降桌(zhuo)也有不少,但還(huan)是存在(zai)一些承重不夠(gou)、可切(qie)換擋位(升(sheng)(sheng)降范圍)太限制,使用壽命短的問題(ti),或存在(zai)耗電(dian)大或者使用中(zhong)噪音大,在(zai)升(sheng)(sheng)降中(zhong),速(su)度(du)沒控制好,還(huan)會出現卡頓。
解決(jue)方(fang)案:通過電(dian)動家具使用人(ren)群的使用狀態分(fen)(fen)析和現(xian)階段辦公(gong)家具的市場分(fen)(fen)析,結(jie)合人(ren)體工程學(xue)和現(xian)在(zai)的辦公(gong)環境(jing)設計(ji)研發了智(zhi)能升降齒輪箱解決(jue)方(fang)案。
技術方案:兆威智(zhi)(zhi)能升(sheng)降齒輪(lun)箱設(she)置在升(sheng)降立(li)柱中(zhong),可(ke)用定制的(de)60mm異形電機(ji)定制推(tui)桿輸出(chu)軸行星齒輪(lun)箱實現電動(dong)調節;小體積大力矩的(de)傳動(dong)力矩需求。其(qi)中(zhong)齒輪(lun)箱結(jie)構擁有二級、三(san)級、四級傳動(dong)變化(hua)可(ke)根據(ju)升(sheng)降立(li)柱的(de)啟動(dong)馬達的(de)設(she)計(ji)需求更換減速比及調整齒輪(lun)箱的(de)輸入轉速及力矩,即(ji)可(ke)通(tong)過信(xin)息(xi)傳遞,通(tong)過控制系統核(he)對(dui)出(chu)正確信(xin)息(xi)后做出(chu)相(xiang)應(ying)回(hui)饋(kui),而后再啟動(dong)馬達,馬達結(jie)合(he)兆威智(zhi)(zhi)能升(sheng)降臺(tai)齒輪(lun)箱,實現智(zhi)(zhi)能勻速平穩升(sheng)、降桌子,避免卡頓。
