如何讓直流無刷減速電機實現控制
通常我們把(ba)直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)分(fen)為有刷(shua)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)和無刷(shua)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)兩種。直(zhi)流無刷(shua)減速(su)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)是(shi)(shi)(shi)通常利(li)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)自身進行(xing)快速(su)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)有兩種簡(jian)單的(de)(de)(de)辦法,一種是(shi)(shi)(shi)能(neng)耗制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),一種是(shi)(shi)(shi)短(duan)接(jie)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),能(neng)耗制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)是(shi)(shi)(shi)把(ba)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)消(xiao)耗在外部制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻上,短(duan)接(jie)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)是(shi)(shi)(shi)把(ba)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)消(xiao)耗在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)定子繞組上。顯然能(neng)耗制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)對(dui)于減少(shao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)發熱更加(jia)有利(li)。但(dan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)短(duan)接(jie)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)不需(xu)要(yao)對(dui)于硬件進行(xing)改動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),簡(jian)單方便是(shi)(shi)(shi)其突(tu)出的(de)(de)(de)特點(dian),所以重點(dian)研究(jiu)短(duan)接(jie)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。
所(suo)謂短接制動(dong)是指在剎車時(shi)能(neng)(neng)做到讓電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)傳動(dong)MOS管上(shang)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)臂(bei)(或者下(xia)(xia)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)臂(bei))全(quan)部導(dao)通而下(xia)(xia)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)臂(bei)(或者上(shang)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)臂(bei))截止狀態,電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)三相定子繞(rao)組全(quan)部被短接。處于發電(dian)(dian)狀態的(de)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji),相當于電(dian)(dian)源被短路(lu)。因(yin)(yin)為繞(rao)組的(de)電(dian)(dian)阻比較小,所(suo)以(yi)能(neng)(neng)產生(sheng)很大(da)(da)(da)的(de)短路(lu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu),電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)動(dong)能(neng)(neng)被快速(su)釋放(fang),從(cong)而使(shi)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)瞬時(shi)產生(sheng)大(da)(da)(da)的(de)制動(dong)力(li)(li)矩,能(neng)(neng)夠達到快速(su)剎車的(de)效(xiao)果。電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)速(su)度越,短路(lu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)越大(da)(da)(da),制動(dong)力(li)(li)也(ye)越大(da)(da)(da)。但是必(bi)須考慮(lv)不能(neng)(neng)夠超(chao)過超(chao)過MOS管的(de)承受能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li),因(yin)(yin)此一般等待電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)速(su)度降低到一定程度再使(shi)用短接制動(dong)。
