行星輪多級齒輪傳動系統耦合特性分析
為研(yan)(yan)究行(xing)(xing)星(xing)輪(lun)多(duo)(duo)級(ji)(ji)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)傳動(dong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)的耦合振(zhen)動(dong)機理(li),建立了兩(liang)級(ji)(ji)定(ding)軸齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)和(he)一(yi)級(ji)(ji)行(xing)(xing)星(xing)輪(lun)的行(xing)(xing)星(xing)輪(lun)多(duo)(duo)級(ji)(ji)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)傳動(dong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)無量綱動(dong)力學方程(cheng)。對比兩(liang)級(ji)(ji)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)、行(xing)(xing)星(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)傳動(dong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)及行(xing)(xing)星(xing)輪(lun)多(duo)(duo)級(ji)(ji)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)傳動(dong)的分岔(cha)特性,研(yan)(yan)究多(duo)(duo)級(ji)(ji)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)的非線性耦合合特性。通(tong)過研(yan)(yan)究發現(xian),耦合作用使得一(yi)級(ji)(ji)定(ding)軸齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)突跳點減少,增加(jia)了系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)的穩定(ding)性,但同時又使行(xing)(xing)星(xing)輪(lun)的混沌(dun)運動(dong)傳遞到(dao)定(ding)軸,導致二(er)級(ji)(ji)定(ding)軸齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)出現(xian)大范圍的混沌(dun)運動(dong),從而又降(jiang)低(di)了系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)穩定(ding)性。
在(zai)多級(ji)(ji)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)傳動系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)中存在(zai)各(ge)級(ji)(ji)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)之間的(de)相互(hu)耦(ou)(ou)合(he)作用,耦(ou)(ou)合(he)作用將引起系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)哪些非線(xian)性(xing)變化、對各(ge)級(ji)(ji)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)產(chan)生何種影響,是科技(ji)工(gong)作者和工(gong)程技(ji)術人員關心(xin)的(de)問題。為(wei)研究行星輪(lun)(lun)多級(ji)(ji)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)傳動系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)耦(ou)(ou)合(he)特性(xing),需要對多級(ji)(ji)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)進行拆解,分(fen)層次逐步進行剖析,分(fen)析各(ge)級(ji)(ji)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)立的(de)動力學特性(xing),為(wei)此區(qu)分(fen)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)耦(ou)(ou)合(he)特性(xing)。
目前(qian)對(dui)單和兩級(ji)定(ding)軸齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)的非(fei)線性(xing)特性(xing)研(yan)究較多,對(dui)多級(ji)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統(tong)的非(fei)線性(xing)及耦(ou)合(he)特性(xing)研(yan)究較少,且針(zhen)對(dui)行星(xing)(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統(tong)的研(yan)究多為(wei)實驗模(mo)擬。因此深入(ru)研(yan)究行星(xing)(xing)(xing)輪(lun)多級(ji)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統(tong)的耦(ou)合(he)振動(dong)(dong)(dong)機理,是多級(ji)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統(tong)故障診斷需要解決的關鍵技(ji)術之一。我(wo)們針(zhen)對(dui)行星(xing)(xing)(xing)輪(lun)多級(ji)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統(tong)實驗臺,分別考察(cha)了兩級(ji)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)及行星(xing)(xing)(xing)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)統(tong)各(ge)的非(fei)線性(xing)耦(ou)合(he)特性(xing)。
