(1)降低軸(zhou)(zhou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位:在(zai)軸(zhou)(zhou)端安裝接(jie)(jie)地碳刷,使接(jie)(jie)地碳刷可靠(kao)(kao)接(jie)(jie)地,并(bing)且與轉軸(zhou)(zhou)可靠(kao)(kao)接(jie)(jie)觸,轉軸(zhou)(zhou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位為零電(dian)(dian)(dian)位,以此消(xiao)除軸(zhou)(zhou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。
(2)磁平衡(heng):在非軸(zhou)(zhou)伸端的軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)座和軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)支架(jia)處加絕(jue)緣隔板,以切斷軸(zhou)(zhou)電流的回路。

(3)加強導線或(huo)墊片(pian)絕緣(yuan):為了其他電動機附件導線絕緣(yuan)破損(sun)造成的(de)軸(zhou)電流(liu),往往要求的(de)檢修人員細致檢查,以消(xiao)除不(bu)必要的(de)軸(zhou)電流(liu)隱患。
