汽車轉向調節電機–助力轉向系統(EPS)
汽(qi)車上配置的轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)系統,大致可(ke)以(yi)分為(wei)三類:(1)一種(zhong)是(shi)(shi)機械(xie)式液(ye)壓(ya)動(dong)力(li)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)系統;(2)一種(zhong)是(shi)(shi)電子液(ye)壓(ya)助(zhu)力(li)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)系統;(3)另外一種(zhong)電動(dong)助(zhu)力(li)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)系統。今天我(wo)們主要(yao)介紹汽(qi)汽(qi)車轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)電動(dong)機工作原理及轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)。
電(dian)動(dong)(dong)助(zhu)力(li)(li)轉(zhuan)向系統(EPS):英文全稱是Electronic Power Steering,簡(jian)稱EPS,它利用電(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)產生(sheng)的(de)動(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)協助(zhu)駕車(che)者進(jin)行動(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)轉(zhuan)向。EPS的(de)構成,不同(tong)的(de)車(che)盡管(guan)結(jie)構部(bu)件不一樣,但(dan)大體是雷同(tong)。一般(ban)是由轉(zhuan)矩(ju)(轉(zhuan)向)傳感(gan)器(qi)、電(dian)子控制單元、電(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)、減速器(qi)、機(ji)械轉(zhuan)向器(qi)、以及畜電(dian)池電(dian)源所構成。
主要(yao)工(gong)作(zuo)原理:汽車在轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)時,轉(zhuan)矩(ju)(轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang))傳感(gan)器會(hui)“感(gan)覺(jue)”到轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)盤(pan)的(de)(de)力(li)(li)矩(ju)和擬(ni)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)方向(xiang)(xiang),這些信(xin)號會(hui)通過(guo)數(shu)據(ju)總(zong)線(xian)發給電(dian)(dian)(dian)子控制單(dan)(dan)元,電(dian)(dian)(dian)控單(dan)(dan)元會(hui)根(gen)據(ju)傳動(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)矩(ju)、擬(ni)轉(zhuan)的(de)(de)方向(xiang)(xiang)等數(shu)據(ju)信(xin)號,向(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)控制器發出(chu)動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)指令,從(cong)而電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)就會(hui)根(gen)據(ju)具體的(de)(de)需要(yao)輸出(chu)相應大(da)小的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)矩(ju),從(cong)而產生了(le)助力(li)(li)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)。如(ru)果不(bu)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang),則本(ben)套系統就不(bu)工(gong)作(zuo),處于standby(休眠)狀態(tai)等待調用。由于電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)助力(li)(li)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)特性,你(ni)會(hui)感(gan)覺(jue)到開這樣(yang)的(de)(de)車,方向(xiang)(xiang)感(gan)更好,速時更穩,俗話說方向(xiang)(xiang)不(bu)發飄。又由于它不(bu)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)時不(bu)工(gong)作(zuo),所(suo)以,也多少(shao)程度上(shang)節省了(le)能(neng)源。一般檔轎車使用這樣(yang)的(de)(de)助力(li)(li)轉(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)系統的(de)(de)比(bi)較多。
