圓弧齒線圓柱齒輪齒面方程及參數化建模研究

圓弧齒線圓柱齒輪是(shi)一種具(ju)有嚙合(he)性(xing)能好、重(zhong)合(he)系數大、傳(chuan)動平穩、噪聲低、效(xiao)率、使(shi)用(yong)壽命(ming)長等特點的齒輪副(fu),其能夠(gou)很好的彌補現有齒輪傳(chuan)動副(fu)的不(bu)足(zu)。為了進一步研究其特性(xing),根據(ju)旋(xuan)轉刀(dao)盤(pan)法加工圓弧齒線(xian)圓柱齒輪的原理和嚙合(he)原理,推導了其齒面方程;同時,利用(yong)二次開發(fa)技術,模(mo)擬(ni)旋(xuan)轉刀(dao)盤(pan)法完成了其參數化建(jian)模(mo)設計,提(ti)了建(jian)模(mo)效(xiao)率和有效(xiao)性(xing),為后續(xu)的仿真分析提(ti)供(gong)了正確的三維模(mo)型。


  齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)傳(chuan)動(dong)裝置作(zuo)為一(yi)種力和(he)速度(du)的(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)換器,被地應用(yong)(yong)于工(gong)(gong)(gong)業的(de)(de)(de)各個領域;漸開線(xian)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)是眾(zhong)多(duo)(duo)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)中(zhong)應用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種,但目前使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)漸開線(xian)系列齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)中(zhong)或多(duo)(duo)或少(shao)都存(cun)在著(zhu)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)不足,如(ru)直(zhi)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圓(yuan)柱齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)傳(chuan)動(dong)平穩(wen)性(xing)較(jiao)差,且傳(chuan)遞的(de)(de)(de)載(zai)荷不夠大(da),斜齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)存(cun)在軸(zhou)向力,而(er)人字(zi)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)復雜等2圓(yuan)弧(hu)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)是一(yi)種的(de)(de)(de)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)副,由日本(ben)學(xue)者長谷川吉三郎(lang)等人提出,之后,的(de)(de)(de)吳(wu)偉(wei)偉(wei)、鄒旻、宋(song)愛平等多(duo)(duo)個學(xue)者對該(gai)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)進(jin)行(xing)了研(yan)究(jiu)。研(yan)究(jiu)表明,該(gai)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)具(ju)有(you)很多(duo)(duo)特點,如(ru)嚙(nie)合(he)性(xing)能好、重合(he)度(du)大(da),軸(zhou)向力可(ke)以相互(hu)抵消,使(shi)用(yong)(yong)與安裝要求低等特征,可(ke)解決直(zhi)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圓(yuan)柱齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)傳(chuan)動(dong)平穩(wen)性(xing)較(jiao)差,易產生沖擊、振動(dong)和(he)噪聲,以及傳(chuan)遞載(zai)荷有(you)限等問(wen)題,也可(ke)解決斜齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)傳(chuan)動(dong)效率低、人字(zi)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)復雜等問(wen)題。在大(da)多(duo)(duo)數應用(yong)(yong)環境下(xia)可(ke)以代(dai)替(ti)直(zhi)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)、斜齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)及人字(zi)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)圓(yuan)柱齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)的(de)(de)(de)應用(yong)(yong)。同時,外(wai)學(xue)者對圓(yuan)弧(hu)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)進(jin)行(xing)了應力分析、加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方法(fa)、嚙(nie)合(he)特性(xing)等方面的(de)(de)(de)研(yan)究(jiu)。其中(zhong),常青林(lin)7等對圓(yuan)弧(hu)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)線(xian)圓(yuan)柱齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)的(de)(de)(de)兩種加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)(旋轉(zhuan)刀盤(pan)和(he)平行(xing)連(lian)桿(gan)法(fa))進(jin)行(xing)了深(shen)入對比(bi)分析,得(de)出旋轉(zhuan)刀盤(pan)法(fa)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具(ju)有(you)更好的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)性(xing)能。


  應(ying)用旋轉刀盤法以及嚙合原理對圓(yuan)弧齒(chi)輪這種(zhong)齒(chi)輪副(fu)的數學模型進(jin)行了(le)研究(jiu),并(bing)利(li)用UG/ Open Grip 進(jin)行二(er)次開發完成了(le)這種(zhong)圓(yuan)弧齒(chi)輪的參數化建模系(xi)統設計(ji)。
