雙輸入圓柱齒輪動力分流傳動系統的靜力學均載特性研究
針對雙輸入圓柱齒輪動(dong)力(li)分(fen)流傳動(dong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong),建立了傳動(dong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)靜力(li)學分(fen)析模型,模型中(zhong)考慮了齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)副的(de)嚙合(he)變形、齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)中(zhong)心的(de)橫向(xiang)變形、雙聯(lian)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)軸(zhou)的(de)扭(niu)轉(zhuan)變形、齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)安(an)(an)(an)裝誤(wu)(wu)差(cha)和(he)支撐剛度因(yin)素。根據傳動(dong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)力(li)矩(ju)和(he)力(li)平(ping)衡條(tiao)件,以及其閉環(huan)結構(gou)的(de)變形協調(diao)條(tiao)件,建立了系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)靜力(li)平(ping)衡方程,求解了系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)各(ge)分(fen)支雙聯(lian)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)軸(zhou)的(de)轉(zhuan)矩(ju)及各(ge)分(fen)支均(jun)載(zai)系(xi)(xi)(xi)數,獲(huo)得(de)了安(an)(an)(an)裝誤(wu)(wu)差(cha)、安(an)(an)(an)裝角學雙聯(lian)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)軸(zhou)扭(niu)轉(zhuan)剛度對系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)均(jun)載(zai)系(xi)(xi)(xi)數的(de)影(ying)響(xiang)規律。研究結果表明,誤(wu)(wu)差(cha)具有累加(jia)作(zuo)用(yong),各(ge)誤(wu)(wu)差(cha)綜合(he)作(zuo)用(yong)時系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)均(jun)載(zai)系(xi)(xi)(xi)數顯(xian)著增大(da),并(bing)車級(ji)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)安(an)(an)(an)裝誤(wu)(wu)差(cha)對系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)均(jun)載(zai)性能(neng)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang)大(da)于分(fen)扭(niu)級(ji);在該組參(can)數條(tiao)件,左右(you)時,系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)左右(you)輸入均(jun)載(zai)系(xi)(xi)(xi)數相(xiang)等;降低雙聯(lian)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)軸(zhou)扭(niu)轉(zhuan)剛度有助于提系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)均(jun)載(zai)性能(neng),合(he)理配置分(fen)扭(niu)級(ji)安(an)(an)(an)裝角和(he)雙聯(lian)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)(lun)軸(zhou)扭(niu)轉(zhuan)剛度差(cha)值(zhi)有利于進一步(bu)改善均(jun)載(zai)性能(neng)。
齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)統采(cai)用分(fen)(fen)流(liu)構(gou)(gou)(gou)型(xing)(xing)(xing)時(shi),即一個(ge)齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)同時(shi)和(he)兩(liang)個(ge)齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)嚙合將輸入功(gong)(gong)率進行(xing)(xing)分(fen)(fen)流(liu),則(ze)每分(fen)(fen)支承擔(dan)的(de)(de)(de)載荷(he)只有原載荷(he)的(de)(de)(de)一半,因(yin)此(ci)降低(di)了單對(dui)(dui)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)齒(chi)承受的(de)(de)(de)載荷(he),相應的(de)(de)(de)也(ye)減小(xiao)了齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)副的(de)(de)(de)節圓(yuan)直(zhi)徑。這不僅有利(li)于(yu)降低(di)整(zheng)個(ge)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)系(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)量和(he)體積,還能有效控制齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)的(de)(de)(de)線速(su)度,對(dui)(dui)大(da)功(gong)(gong)率速(su)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)有重要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)意義。相對(dui)(dui)于(yu)行(xing)(xing)星(xing)齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)構(gou)(gou)(gou)型(xing)(xing)(xing)而言,直(zhi)升(sheng)機傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)統采(cai)用分(fen)(fen)流(liu)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)構(gou)(gou)(gou)型(xing)(xing)(xing)具有以下特點:后一級傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)比很大(da),因(yin)此(ci)整(zheng)個(ge)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)級數會減小(xiao),這對(dui)(dui)降低(di)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)量其(qi)有利(li);相對(dui)(dui)于(yu)行(xing)(xing)星(xing)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)構(gou)(gou)(gou)型(xing)(xing)(xing),分(fen)(fen)流(liu)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)構(gou)(gou)(gou)型(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)和(he)軸承數量少,因(yin)此(ci)分(fen)(fen)流(liu)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)構(gou)(gou)(gou)型(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)可靠性較行(xing)(xing)星(xing)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)構(gou)(gou)(gou)型(xing)(xing)(xing);此(ci)外(wai)分(fen)(fen)流(liu)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)構(gou)(gou)(gou)型(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)噪聲較行(xing)(xing)星(xing)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)構(gou)(gou)(gou)型(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)低(di)。
