行星齒輪箱的齒輪精度
行星齒輪箱的齒輪傳動設計中的齒輪精度要求如下:
1)精(jing)(jing)度等級(ji)。行星傳(chuan)(chuan)動中(zhong)(zhong),一(yi)般多采用(yong)圓柱(zhu)齒輪(lun),齒輪(lun)的精(jing)(jing)度等級(ji)按齒輪(lun)相對于(yu)行星架(jia)的圓周速(su)度確定(ding)。齒輪(lun)精(jing)(jing)度的檢驗項目及偏差數值應符合GB/T10095-1988《漸開(kai)線圓柱(zhu)齒輪(lun)精(jing)(jing)度》的規定(ding),在中(zhong)(zhong)低(di)(di)速(su)行星傳(chuan)(chuan)動中(zhong)(zhong),齒輪(lun)精(jing)(jing)度推薦為(wei):太陽輪(lun)、行星輪(lun)不(bu)低(di)(di)于(yu)7級(ji)。常(chang)用(yong)6級(ji);內齒輪(lun)不(bu)低(di)(di)于(yu)8級(ji),常(chang)用(yong)7級(ji);
2)齒(chi)輪副的(de)側隙(xi)。齒(chi)輪副的(de)小側隙(xi),按規(gui)定選(xuan)取,并計算出齒(chi)厚(hou)或公(gong)法線平均長度的(de)偏差,再(zai)圓整到GB/T10095-1988所規(gui)定的(de)偏差代號及數值(zhi);
3)對行(xing)(xing)(xing)星(xing)輪(lun)的(de)要求(qiu)。行(xing)(xing)(xing)星(xing)輪(lun)的(de)偏心(xin)誤差對浮動量影響(xiang)大,故對其(qi)齒(chi)圈(quan)徑向跳動公差應(ying)嚴(yan)格要求(qiu)。在成(cheng)批生產中,應(ying)選取偏心(xin)誤差相近的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)星(xing)輪(lun)為(wei)一組,裝配時使同組各行(xing)(xing)(xing)星(xing)輪(lun)的(de)偏心(xin)方向對各自中心(xin)線呈(cheng)相同角度,可(ke)使行(xing)(xing)(xing)星(xing)輪(lun)的(de)圓心(xin)誤差的(de)影響(xiang)降到小。
