蝸輪蝸桿齒輪組合機構的傳動精度分析
以MCH50加工(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)回轉(zhuan)工(gong)作臺為對(dui)象,考慮加工(gong)誤(wu)差、偏心(xin)誤(wu)差、相(xiang)位角、負載與(yu)變(bian)形等因素建(jian)立了(le)組(zu)合(he)(he)機構的傳動(dong)(dong)精(jing)(jing)度(du)模型。通過實(shi)(shi)例(li)計算,驗(yan)證了(le)該綜合(he)(he)傳動(dong)(dong)誤(wu)差與(yu)實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)所測結果基(ji)本一致。在此(ci)基(ji)礎(chu)上,分析了(le)二(er)級組(zu)合(he)(he)機構中(zhong)(zhong)傳動(dong)(dong)比以及齒輪傳動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)距等對(dui)傳動(dong)(dong)精(jing)(jing)度(du)的影響(xiang)。
