  根據(ju)嚙合(he)與成(cheng)型原理,建立(li)弧(hu)(hu)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)錐齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)面(mian)(mian)方(fang)(fang)程。采用有限元方(fang)(fang)針方(fang)(fang)法對(dui)弧(hu)(hu)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)錐齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)進行(xing)了(le)(le)加(jia)載接觸分(fen)析(xi),獲得了(le)(le)弧(hu)(hu)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)錐齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)面(mian)(mian)10個嚙合(he)點(dian)的(de)(de)(de)接觸正壓(ya)力、相(xiang)對(dui)滑動(dong)速(su)度(du)(du)(du)以及摩(mo)擦(ca)因數(shu)。應用傳熱學原理,在對(dui)摩(mo)擦(ca)熱源與熱傳導參數(shu)分(fen)析(xi)基礎上,建立(li)了(le)(le)弧(hu)(hu)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)錐齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)嚙合(he)非穩態溫度(du)(du)(du)場有限元模(mo)型,仿真分(fen)析(xi)了(le)(le)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)干運(yun)行(xing)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)面(mian)(mian)溫度(du)(du)(du)場分(fen)布及其隨時間變化規律。結果表明,弧(hu)(hu)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)錐齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)干運(yun)行(xing)初(chu)始階(jie)段(duan),隨著嚙合(he)周(zhou)期的(de)(de)(de)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia),齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)面(mian)(mian)溫度(du)(du)(du)急(ji)(ji)劇上升(sheng),之后上升(sheng)緩慢,在溫度(du)(du)(du)上升(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)同時還出現與嚙合(he)周(zhou)期相(xiang)對(dui)應的(de)(de)(de)波動(dong);嚙合(he)轉速(su)增(zeng)(zeng)大(da)使溫度(du)(du)(du)急(ji)(ji)速(su)上升(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)時間延長,同時轉速(su)的(de)(de)(de)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)導致......
