雙輸入圓柱齒輪動力分流傳動系統的靜力學均載特性研究
針對雙輸入圓柱齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)動(dong)力分流(liu)傳(chuan)動(dong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong),建(jian)(jian)立(li)了(le)傳(chuan)動(dong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)靜(jing)(jing)力學分析模型,模型中考慮了(le)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)副的(de)嚙合變(bian)形(xing)、齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)中心的(de)橫向變(bian)形(xing)、雙聯(lian)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)軸的(de)扭轉變(bian)形(xing)、齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)安裝誤差和支(zhi)撐剛(gang)度因(yin)素。根據傳(chuan)動(dong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)力矩(ju)和力平(ping)衡條件,以及(ji)其(qi)閉環結構的(de)變(bian)形(xing)協調條件,建(jian)(jian)立(li)了(le)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)靜(jing)(jing)力平(ping)衡方程,求解了(le)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)各(ge)分支(zhi)雙聯(lian)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輪(lun)(lun)軸的(de)轉矩(ju)及(ji)各(ge)分支(zhi)均(jun)載系(xi)(xi)數
